15 core releases. A booking flow studio.
Live cruise search. 3 AI agents. Off-platform performance.
15 releases across the Iceland line have delivered major improvements to amendments, pricing, operations, performance, payments, and flight management. Each links to its full release notes.
Cancel, modify, transfer, and change occupancy now work correctly with any-day and seasonal extension packages.
Choose to waive or apply cancellation fees when transferring passengers between bookings.
Remove passengers from rooms without triggering a price recalculation. Permission-gated with dedicated modal.
Configurable lock prevents accidental protection plan changes when cancellation rules are in effect. Override via custom permission.
Booking Overview shows transfer source/destination with one-click navigation to the linked itinerary.
Assign rate tiers to any departure date and let occupancy guide your pricing decisions. Change rates across an entire season in a single batch โ no cell-by-cell edits.
Per-departure tiers ยท Occupancy alongside pricing ยท Batch updates ยท Multi-product
Set multiple rate tiers per service and departure date. Your revenue team sees fill percentage alongside the rate grid and shifts the active tier โ like hotel BAR pricing, per day, per room type.
Yield services independently within a package. One rail leg at RACK on a high-demand day, another at an aggressive bar the same departure โ the package price is always the sum of active tiers.
Different rate aggression for short vs long packages. Circle journeys keep modest bar levels while rail-only packages yield aggressively โ via flat reductions or per-component pricelists.
Separate allotment pools per channel or package group. Groups cannot eat FIT allocation. Your inventory controller sets the cap; the system enforces it at booking time.
Layer promotional discounts with quantity limits on top of the active bar. "Early Bird -15%, capped at 10 bookings per departure." Once the cap is reached, the discount stops automatically.

Your guest-direct site, advisor portal, call centre, chatbot, and partner white-labels all need the same booking logic โ but different branding, different data views, different UX. Today that means building and maintaining separate flows, each a multi-month project. By the time a new channel ships, the market has moved. You can't iterate because every iteration costs another quarter.
Journeys shares one foundation across every channel. Describe what you want and it's live โ branded, connected, deployed โ before lunch.
Write a natural-language prompt describing your booking experience โ brand, layout, tone, flow.
AI generates the code, a pipeline bundles and tests it, and Kira reviews the merge request automatically.
Live on a branded domain, connected to your inventory and pricing, across any channel.
Prompt โ Pipeline โ Live
See how a booking experience goes from a natural-language prompt to a deployed, AI-reviewed production site โ in three steps.

Guest self-service on mobile. Agent workspace on tablet. Same platform.
Edge Portal extends the Journeys architecture into the post-booking lifecycle. Operators configure what guests and agents can see, do, and manage โ itineraries, payments, documents, preferences, forms โ using the same tenant-owned UI model, the same shared config repository, and the same prompt-to-deploy pipeline. One codebase powering every customer touchpoint from first enquiry to final day on tour.

Edge Composite merges queries across Salesforce, KTAPI, and Basket Service into a single composite request with parallel execution. Any frontend โ Next.js, React, mobile app โ gets structured JSON from one endpoint. The adapter model is extensible: new services plug in without changing consumer code.

Connect Setup is the supplier connectivity studio: request new API connectors, provision credentials across environments, map product, import supplier content, and run real end-to-end tests โ all from one console. Agents draft the connector; engineers harden it; a certification suite proves it. The whole lifecycle is on the record.
It is also the connection control plane behind the planned Cruise Service Search pilot: supplier ports are configured, certified, and monitored here before live inventory reaches users. See the customer experience
Every stage is visible in the request lifecycle โ nothing happens off the books.
Request submitted
Minutes
Capabilities, API documentation, supplier contact โ credentials vaulted on submission.
Agentic draft
~2 hours
Agents draft ~80% of the connector from the supplier docs, against a skill library built from prior connector builds.
Engineer review & hardening
Days, not weeks
An engineer reviews every line, hardens edge cases, and owns the merge. Nothing ships on AI output alone.
Certification suite
Before go-live
Search, book, amend, and cancel executed end-to-end against the supplier sandbox โ real bookings, real cancellations.
Live + health checks
Recurring
The same end-to-end run repeats on a schedule, catching supplier API changes before your customers do.

Credentials ยท vaulted on submit
Raw values are encrypted at submission and never persisted outside the vault. Every UI renders the SHA-256 mask; the Salesforce side only ever holds tokenized references.
Credentials never leave the vault
Encrypted at submission, SHA-256 masked in every screen, tokenized references only on the Salesforce side. Raw values are never persisted outside the vault.
Every change is a Write Plan
Configuration changes are captured as reviewable JSON plans โ dry-run enforced, executed step-by-step with user attribution and per-step rollback notes. Nothing executes without explicit confirmation.
A human owns every merge
Agents draft; engineers review, harden, and sign off. The engineer-review stage is a designed gate in the pipeline, not a disclaimer in the fine print.
Certified before live
No connector goes live without a full search / book / amend / cancel run against the supplier sandbox โ real bookings, real cancellations, latency on the record.
Regression runs on a schedule
The certification suite re-runs automatically โ hourly if you want. Supplier API version bumps are detected and tested in isolation before they can break a production booking.
No aggregator lock-in
Service mappings are supplier-agnostic โ the same codes work regardless of which gateway sits behind them. Replace a supplier and the mapping structure carries over.
No. Agents draft against a skill library distilled from every connector shipped before โ roughly 80% of the build, in about two hours. Engineers review every line, harden the ambiguous 20% (amendment semantics, inclusion parsing, currency rounding), and own the merge. Nothing ships without passing the certification suite.
Vaulted and encrypted the moment they are submitted. Every UI renders the SHA-256 mask โ raw values are never displayed, logged, or persisted outside the vault. The Salesforce side only ever holds tokenized references.
Every change is a Write Plan: a reviewable JSON plan that is dry-run gated and cannot execute without explicit confirmation. Execution is step-by-step with user attribution and per-step rollback notes, so there is always an audit trail and always a way back.
The certification suite doubles as a regression suite and re-runs on a schedule โ search, book, amend, cancel, end to end against the supplier sandbox. A version bump gets detected, tested in isolation, and flagged for review before it reaches a customer booking.
The supplier connectivity layer underneath has transacted north of ยฃ1 billion in bookings. Connect Setup is the tooling layer on top of it โ the request pipeline, setup wizards, and test console โ launching at Unite in October.
Later this year, we plan to pilot a new Cruise tab in Service Search. From Itinerary Builder or Packages, teams will search connected supplier inventory, cost cabin options, and book a live cruise without leaving Kaptio.
The experience runs on Edge and stays supplier-independent through the Cruise Supplier Provider Interface. Kaptio Connect Setup provisions, certifies, and monitors each supplier connection.

Saga connects to your Salesforce org and answers business questions in natural language. Inventory gaps, outstanding balances, passenger counts, pricing anomalies โ ask anything about your live data.
KPI dashboards. Charts. Tables. Scheduled briefs. All from a single question.
Edge Save moves the heaviest compute โ diffing, pricing, field calculation โ off Salesforce. Only the final DML touches Apex. Governor limits become irrelevant.
Edge Docs renders branded proposals from the Kaptio content model โ package articles, day narratives, hotel assignments, and service descriptions. When content is missing, documents ship with placeholders. Edge Brief gives content teams a focused editing surface, upstream of documents, so every proposal is complete on first send.
Without Brief โ the pain
